The Folly is a charming, character cottage in the beautiful, historic Southern Highlands village of Burrawang. It has a private setting within the grounds of the Netherdale Estate.

The Burrawang Hotel, General Store Cafe and Burrawang School of Arts are a short walk from The Folly.

The Folly is the perfect retreat for one or two couples. Newly renovated to a very high standard, The Folly caters for every modern comfort and is the perfect Highland getaway from busy city life. Two luxurious Queen Bedrooms have their own underfloor heated en-suite bathrooms, and a log fire warms the open plan living, dining and kitchen space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel oven, cook-top, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine and pods.
The living room has plush sofas to relax in front of the log fire. Books, games, magazines and cable TV are available for your relaxation. French doors lead onto a covered terrace surrounded by private lawn and gardens. The sun-drenched terrace is perfect for breakfast or a lunchtime barbecue. A barbecue and gas are supplied.

Wineries
The Folly is located within one of the newest wine regions in Australia. There are 12 wineries nearby producing exceptional cool climate wines and are open for tastings at the cellar door.

The historic villages of Berrima, Bowral, Bundanoon and Exeter are all within an easy drive, and are some of the many villages which give the Southern Highlands its unique appeal.

Markets
The village plays host to the annual Burrawang Markets on Easter Saturday, featuring more than 130 stalls. On any given weekend you can find a village market held in one of the historic surrounding villages.
